We provide educational content, buyer guides, and agent matching services. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, mortgage broker, legal advisor, or tax advisor.

2. Lead Referral Disclaimer

Compass Abroad facilitates introductions between buyers and local real estate agents. We earn a referral fee from the destination agent upon a completed transaction. By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by a matched local agent.

We make reasonable efforts to vet local agents, but we do not guarantee agent performance, transaction outcomes, property values, or investment returns. All real estate transactions involve risk. You should conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified legal, tax, and financial advisors before purchasing property abroad.

3. Educational Content

All content on this website, including buyer guides, destination information, tax guidance, and legal explanations, is for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Laws change frequently — always verify information with qualified professionals in your jurisdiction and the destination country.

4. User Conduct
