Is there really no cost to me?
Correct. Compass Abroad earns a referral fee from the agent side, paid only on closing. You pay nothing for the matching service, the buyer's guide, or any of our educational resources.
How do you vet your agents?
We verify professional licensing in each jurisdiction, review transaction history with Canadian buyers, and conduct personal interviews before adding anyone to our network. We also remove agents from our network if buyers report poor experiences.
What if the first agent isn't right for me?
Tell us and we'll find a better fit. Our goal is a quality match, not just any match. We'd rather take extra time to get it right than rush an introduction that doesn't serve you well.
How soon will I hear back?
We aim to respond to all form submissions within one business day, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm MST. In practice, most buyers hear from us the same day during business hours.
